Kelly treats my family pet as if it was her own. I believe and have seen she has given my pet the care she would expect for her own. That care brings me a deep gratifying feeling. That my pet is safe and oved under her care. I highly recommend North Lanark Vet and staff.

Dr. Kelly and her staff have been providing care for my loved pets for a fresh years now. She nd her team are without a doubt the most caring, dedicated and professionally competent team I have come across. The quality of care that my cats receive is second to none, their compassion and love if all animals inspires confidence in the care their give and comfort during the hard times. All six of my cats love Dr. Kelly and her staff, are never nervous or anxious in going and I know I will have years together with them largely due to the great care they get here. On a scale of 10, they are a 12 and as a pet parent, you will never be happier with the care your pet receives than here. Thanks girls!!

I can't even begin to express how much I love and appreciate my vet. Kelly and the team have been truly amazing. Going through difficult times to answering dumb questions about the dogs. They are always there to help and go above and beyond. Our family is lucky to have a vet team like this in our lives.

This vet came recommended by my friend Adrian who couldn't say enough things about his vet. I now, also can't say enough good things about North Lanark Veterinary Services. I had my dog neutered here and everything went better than expected, well except for Huntley, who left with less than he arrived with. These wonderful people really care about animals and went above and beyond. If you are want superior pet care and genuine affection when it comes to your fur babies, this is the place to go! They truly care about pets and owners. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!!!

Always, friendly, professional service which is important BUT here’s what sets them apart from everyone else: This is back to roots vet care and client/patient service. Dr. Donaldson and the entire staff provide the advice and guidance to support clients in their decisions on what’s right for them. No sales pitches, no pressure or judgement. And comparatively substantially more affordable than others. It’s how vet care used to be when your pet was not just a number in a big VCA database that represents future profits. Thank you to the entire staff!
